My passion is encouraging others to strive for achieving their best and supporting them as a mentor, coach or friend throughout their ups and downs. Being a mentor for various Project Managers and being able to share my knowledge as a certified Senior Project Manager enriches my days - it’s a mutual benefit for both my mentees and I. In my current role I'm building up a team of highly skilled employees, specializied in Software and Digitalization and supporting them on their individual career paths, so they can deliver their best every day. At the same time, I'm driving digitalization change accross various departements.During my past 15 years with Siemens, I was able to gain a broad experience in different industries / sectors (Telecommunications, Industry , Transport). This included delegations in various countries and working with different cultures (Europe, China, Australia). In the last 10 years I have been focusing on Project Management, Leadership and People Management.In my free time I enjoy the outdoors with my family, especially hiking and geocaching or going for a run.
