Responsible for updating and implementing the Wharton Sustainability Plan in support of the University of Pennsylvania’s Climate Action Plan. Track and analyze metrics to advance Wharton's sustainability initiatives. Represent Wharton on university-wide sustainability boards and committees; organize and advise the Wharton Student Sustainability Committee; support of departmental Green Teams; meet with University Eco-Reps and ensure public transparency of Wharton’s sustainability efforts.Primary Wharton contact for research and implementation of LEED and WELL projects on new construction, major renovations, commercial interiors and existing buildings that are consistent with building standards and end user communication.

Borough Leaders United for Emissions Reductions. Ad-hoc committee appointed by West Chester Borough Council to develop and implement a Borough wide Climate Action Plan. Responsible for researching and developing green building initiatives for the CAP. Worked to create PA's first Energy Star zoning incentive and the 'Green Building Checklist" for building permit applications. Appointed Committee Chair in 2010 leading the committee into the implementation phase via policy, outreach programs and partnerships, including the West Chester Business Improvement District and West Chester University. Initiated the "BLUER Challenge" energy reduction programs as well as the regions first Greenhouse Gas Summit. Continue to advise the mayor on sustainability initiatives.Committee has to date accomplished several state and national firsts in accomplishing Borough-wide CO2 reductions exceeding 11 percent over 2005 levels.
