The Kerr Group purchased Setco from McCormick & Co., Inc. in 2003.

Managed the operations of the Extrusion Blow Molding and Bottle Decorating Departments. Responsible for 5 direct and 150 indirect employees. Annual budget was $8.5 million.

Responsible for the operation of the Blow Molding, Film Extrusion and Plastic Irrigation Departments, which consisted of filling and packaging intravenous solutions into plastic containers and bags for the medical field. B.Braun Medical was formerly known as McGaw, Inc., Kendall McGaw and American McGaw and is a leading manufacturer of intravenous solutions and delivery systems. B.Braun purchased McGaw, Inc. in 1997. Annual sales were approximately $400 million.

Managed the Blow Molding and Film Extrusion Departments.

Managed the Film Extrusion Department. Supported the design, purchase, installation, qualification and start-up of a state of the art co-extrusion cast film line for a new intravenous bag. Developed procedures and standards for this new process. Recruited, hired and trained employees.
