Plan emphasized specific organizational goals focused on the Triple Aim of improving health, experience and affordability.2) Lead the consolidation and integration of PNBC's functional areas into the HP corporate infrastructure, including IT, Billing/Collections, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Legal, Physician Services, Payor Contracting, and Insurance.3) Continue PNBC's innovate work with alternative reimbursement strategies to defeat the tyranny of misaligned incentives inherent in the fee-for-service payment model. Partnered with the HP insurance product development team to create a unique, direct-to-employer health plan/workforce productivity program that improves outcomes and reduces escalating costs of spine care. A very busy year, in which I:● created the business plan and financial models for PNBC's expansion over a 10-year growth period.● opened PNBC's 4th Twin Cities clinic on schedule and under budget. Clinic turned profitable in 4 months.● migrated IT infrastructure to an internet-based client/server enterprise, resulting in 67% reduction of data inputting and 50% faster collections.● managed the integration of company's 3 key business applications with software vendor engineers to achieve a customized interface specific to PNBC's specialty practice needs.● designed and built a company intranet, providing web-based collaborative tools for communication and work productivity among physicians, therapists and admin staff.● redesigned and upgraded telecom system architecture across all clinics, resulting in 30% reduction in live handling of inbound calls without any sacrifice in service quality.● developed system to track, analyze and report patient referral source data.
