Led the Professional Services function at one of Ireland's fastest growing SaaS companies. Scoped and negotiated SoWs with some of the most iconic brands globally. Implemented a services catalogue and delivery management re-design programme which drove a 400% increase in integrations revenue Year-over-Year, 50% increase in quantity of engagements, multiple marque deals with increase of 150% services (vs SaaS platform) revenue attach. Initiated a transition to leverage AWS services to enable service delivery.

Founded and led the VMware EMEA Professional Services (PSO ) Sales team in Cork. Hired, coached and developed 12 senior high-performing technical sales professionals carrying a quota of over $60m. This team drove the majority of VMware PSO engagements across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Worked closely in partnership with Geo and Country leadership across EMEA, and also VMware Business Unit leadership, to implement campaigns and approaches that ensured that licensing sales of complex products had appropriate Professional Services attached. Conceived and developed a web application for smaller deals, which was rolled out globally, that automated completion of manual compliance hurdles. This reduced a multi-week approval and contracting process to one which could be completed in less than 5 minutes.
