David is a trusted professional and has over 20 year’s experience in the consulting engineering services industry in Ireland. In this time, David has developed new business lines in consultancy services, led the establishment of technical service teams and enabled them to strive for excellent service for their customers. David has over 15 year’s experience at senior management and director level with ORS, and has been a key figure in the development of the organisation and managing its strategic growth. David is responsible for a number of key service areas within the company, including the Civil and Structural Engineering Services, Infrastructure Engineering and our Health and Safety Management Services. David is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, holds a Master’s Degree from University of Limerick for Project and Programme Management, an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the Queen’s University of Belfast and holds other post graduate qualifications in Road Safety Auditing, Project Management and managing safety in construction. David has extensive experience in working with clients in the Public and Private sector. David uses his experience in civil engineering design, specialist transportation design, Road Safety Engineering, Health and Safety management practice and coordinating multiple design services to understand the needs of clients and has the knowhow to tailor the ORS Multidiscipline services offering to meet the needs of the client.
