I'm a technologist at heart and I'm always looking for ways to help businesses use technology to improve their processes, customer engagement, and ultimately the bottom line.The first 20 years of my professional career were focused in helping manufacturing companies automate their processes, increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and make employees more productive. Today, I bring that same mentality to most other industries beyond the manufacturing world including retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare.For the past 20+ years, my team at Livewire Digital and I have been providing software products that are targeted at helping companies engage their customers and employees with self-service solutions and informational displays using kiosks, digital signs, web sites, and mobile apps. In the manufacturing world, I learned how processes need to be robust enough to operate 24x7x365 in a very harsh environment. We apply those same concepts to solutions we deploy today to keep our customers' systems always up and running and continually providing ROI.I'm a huge proponent of continuous improvement and learning. Whether it's teaching Junior Achievement to 8th graders, leading the Industrial Advisory Board at Penn State York, or working with other industry leaders, I enjoy helping others increase their own knowledge or helping to spread excitement and encouragement to others to always seek continual improvement in whatever they do.In my off-hours, I've had the joy of raising two wonderful daughters with my wife of almost 40 years. Just as I work hard, I play hard too. I enjoy golf and have been playing competitive racquetball since the age of 18.
