I facilitate happiness.That means I uncover what will bring people joy and fulfilment in their life, what’s holding themback and define the path forward. My work as a coach, facilitator and speaker is focused on helping individuals live a fulfilling and joyful life. I owe a lot of my success to the fact I’m both a Space Creator and a Moment Maker meaning I create a space where people feel free to explore possibilities and discover themselves without judgement, and make encounters fun and memorable to put people at ease and facilitate learning and discovery.I’ve always been this person; when I was a kid I was constantly smiling so my nickname became “Guy Smiley” (the gameshow host on Sesame Street) and my email signature was “Smile, Life’s Great!!!”. As I grew up I went into advertising to find ways to make people’s lives better with Public Service campaigns, pivoted to working towards helping companies cultivate fulfilment in their employees with my MBA in Organizational Behaviour and Change Management consulting.Throughout this journey I have worked hard to collect any knowledge, stories and experiences I could get my hands on. This has turned me into a Curator of sorts as I now find ways to tailor and share that information to fill in any blanks people might have, clarify a concept they aren’t understanding and, most importantly, inspire people to create happiness.I look forward to working with you, so reach out and we can have a conversation about how I can be of service to you.
