Working Mom Workouts was created and designed to focus on provide weekly motivation and workouts for busy and working moms. Working Mom Workouts is uniquely postioned in the market place as targeting a specific niche, Working Moms. It is also the first of its kind to be a fixed term membership site that delivers workouts weekly through email.

Instrumental in building and executing the fitness program for Cooper’s newest 75K square foot fitness center. Awarded the prestigious Nova 7 runner up award for most innovative Fitness Assessment and Prescription Program. Developed and implemented the Cooper intern and personal training development program. Created and implemented Cooper Woman, a semi-private training group encompassing all aspects of women’s health and wellness. Developed specialty programming using Technogym’s revolutionary Kinesis equipment.
