    I have conducted 37 congressionally mandated commercial air carrier on-site surveys ensuring quality and safety of commercial passengers and air cargo carriers. Completing a survey analysis on these carriers in accordance with public law 99-61 and DoD directive 4500.53. My oversight ensured the safety of over 8 million DoD troops and their dependents as well as the tons of cargo flown on commercial and foreign air carrier aircraft. I consistently inspected aircraft maintenance programs for safety and compliance with all DoD, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and industry standards. I regularly advised and prepared evaluation reports, staff summaries, point papers, policy papers and briefing for the DoD Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) & HQ AMC Senior staff. Personally oversaw 3 CARB sessions with analysis to aide senior DoD decision makers on the CARB. I prepared reports for the CARB on evaluations of air carriers, analyzing their quality, safety and regulatory compliance with FAA standards. I prepared draft letters of concern to be sent to commercial carriers identifying negative trends in areas of non-compliance with the DoD and Quality and Safety standards for CARB review and approval. I was the quality council treasurer in charge of the entire division moral funds ensuring funds were allocated in accordance with the quality program and maintained the quality guide charter.     I directed and supervised flightline and back-shop work priorities for 9 Total Force Integrated (TFI) Air National Guard (ANG) KC-135R and 18 active duty C-130 aircraft valued at over $1B. I was the technical authority on aircraft maintenance, safety, aircraft forms (logbook) documentation, maintenance planning, and scheduling for all assigned aircraft. Responsible for aircraft maintenance and maintenance leads for KC-135 (Boeing 707) and C-130 active duty and Illinois ANG personnel across 6 maintenance career fields. I authorized aircraft Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP), cannibalization (CANN) and signed for the exceptional release of all KC-135 aircraft. I was deployed 186 days and managed 18 C-130s completing 11.8K flights(sorties) carrying 179K passengers and 18.7K tons of cargo, ensuring the success of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation New Dawn (OND) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). While deployed, I led 25 maintenance personnel executing 12 lines a day in Air Traffic Operations (ATO) completing 7,993 maintenance actions which was essential to 83.5% Mission Capable (MC) rate and the Wing's 99% Mission effectiveness (ME) rate for all 18 aircraft. Assigned as an aircraft impound official for an Inflight Emergency (IFE) on a generator failure that was a 4 time repeat, where I identified and supervised the repair of a faulty switch, fixing the issue for good and ensuring an increase in on-time reliability.

    I directed the deployment of 1,104 Active Duty (AD), Guard, and Reserve aircraft in 61 units in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) global missions. I was AMC's Functional Area Manager (FAM) responsible for building and sourcing AMC tanker logistics taskings for 9,289 personnel worldwide. Interpreted Major Command (MAJCOM) and higher level directives governing wartime, contingency, and humanitarian operations. As the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) expert, I trained the entire section on Dynamic Query Tool increasing tasking efficiency by 35%. Continuously sourced and tasked maintenance support of 5400+ Operation Iraqi freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) airlift missions and managed the rotational flow with zero errors. Helped develop the new tanker Unit Type Code (UTC), drafted logistics data and identified requirements for the HQAMC A5 division ensuring the optimal maintenance footprint. I designed a maintenance tasking presentation which provided TDY trend and stress data for each AMC Wing, findings briefed to AMC A4 general for overall health and performance determinations.
