Led sales, including recruiting and training, with P&L responsibility for Pan-American subsidiary.• Reversed sluggish sales trend due to lack of previous sales leadership by rebuilding a national sales team of 12 through the development of an aggressive business plan and setting clear direction.• Orchestrated revitalization strategy through the creation of an activity-based incentivizing strategy and evaluation process, resulting in revenue growth from $4M to more than $17M in less than 2 years.

Led the marketing, prospecting, and sales of the largest medical database of individuals in North America to health insurance carriers to be used by the underwriting departments of said companies. Marketed and sold to all levels of C-Level management.
