We develop cloud services, software and systems for the hospitality industry including Hotels, Food & Beverage and Cruise. I provide leadership of a strong, diverse organization of hundreds of engineers spanning multiple geographies (US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, India, Malaysia, Hungary) covering the full R&D lifecycle from ideation to maintenance as well as an organization of cloud engineers operating SaaS hosting for thousands of hospitality customers

I led architecture across our 7 global business units, driving the migration of our entire portfolio from on premise software to real cloud applications. We do this through significant architectural change to existing products, leveraging capabilities of available cloud platforms, and through the acquisition of strong cloud organizations and software - including Opower ($532M), Textura ($663M) and Micros ($5.3B).

I lead the GBU Architecture group at Oracle where we provide guidance on standards, consult on architecture and product roadmaps and build powerful technologies leveraged across our Global Business Units. We are a small, highly skilled team that services a global organization with over 5,000+ software R&D staff.It is my daily job to provide strategic support that ensures our organizations are equipped to meet the challenges of disruptive technologies and that our development teams have the resources at hand to build better software.
