Scope included the vendor engagement and management. Results: Increased employee engagement in 30,000+ organization by 31% (2010-2014) Increased personal team engagement by 30% from 2010 to 2014 (2010-2014)• Strengthen and improve the corporate scorecard and interlock of annual objective setting - creation and national execution of annual strategy and performance management core program for TELUS. Scope included the policy and processes for corporate scorecard creation and reporting plus cascading personal performance objectives, career development plans and performance reviews. Results: Employee and leadership evaluation of performance management, processes and outcomes increased 25% (2010-2014) • Leverage Recognition to drive business outcomes and TELUS values - creation and execution of the recognition core program for TELUS. Scope included sustainment and enhancement of the core operational requirements plus the creation of an online recognition application. Robust and targeted strategy including career service awards, retirements awards, proprietary CEO and recognition programs to drive strategic outcomes, vendor management, training programs and online resources.
