Payroll bureau duties - preparing weekly and monthly payroll summaries, payslips and advising clients of their liability to tax and national insurance and preparing year end payroll forms.Company secretarial – preparation of annual returns, associated documentation and the maintenance of the client’s statutory records. Taxation – preparation of corporation tax computations, completion of client tax return forms, preparation of VAT return calculations and advising the clients of the respective liabilities to tax.
