As manager of IT, I am responsible for all areas of technology at AccessSMT, previously dba Shanahans. Myself and my team administer a nearly 100% virtual environment combining cloud and on premise data-centers, which service 10 locations in western Canada and approximately 320 employees. I am experienced in the administration of Microsoft operating systems, VMware, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Epicor, storage and backup systems and various other technologies.
