As a software developer, I led evaluation and integrating solutions into our ITIL aligned product suite IPcenter. I was responsible for the roadmap for our knowledge base, incident ticket management system, Learning Management System, and reporting. - Designed and implemented UI for IPradar, a single pane of glass for managing incidents, change, and escalation workflows.- Built UI for reporting tool, ingest metrics aggregated from Nagios checks and providing user customizable dashboards. - Integrated knowledge base and document store into our suite, allowing engineers to efficiently attach incident notes and search and correlate past incidents.- Integrated incident ticket management system and extended feature set including e-bonding, change management, templating, customer satisfaction (Request Tracker).- Build RPMs and manage client installations of our tools.
