David is an Ex-Professional Rugby Player, turned entrepreneur and businessman. He is currently working for The Earth Beneath Our Feet Wines as their head of Sales specializing in restaurant and hotel relations.David worked as the Sales Manager for a small winery from 2016-2018, giving him the experience to start his own winery in South Africa in 2019, The Earth Beneath Our Feet. David played pro rugby for the DHL Stormers & Western Province Rugby from 2018 to 2022. Whilst playing pro rugby he receieved a Bachelors in Commerce from the Univeristy of Cape Town in 2020.After retiring from rugby David spent 2 years working for TopNut & TopFruit as a private contractor specializing in international sales and development of new varieites of Macadamia Nuts and Kiwi Fruit.In 2023 David started working for TekConnected as their chief solutions engineer. Helping implement tech stacks to international companies. In 2024 David coached the Wanders Rugby Club to a championship title in New Zealand whilst working as the 2IC for Waimea Nurseries Despatch Team.David is an ambitious, resourceful individual that understands the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful and international business.
