◗ Comprehensively collected DEI language at the University of Washington by actively meeting and collaborating with DEI leads at the UW and its three campuses. This initiative aimed to gather DEI language employed across various departments, scholarships, events, and programs, with the purpose of consolidating this information for categorization and analysis.◗ Collaborated closely with the University of Washington Attorney Generals to gain a nuanced understanding of the prevailing DEI language landscape and its associated parameters concerning eligibility and recruitment. This collaboration served to enhance our ability to provide informed guidance to DEI leads at the University of Washington.◗ For the upcoming academic year, my focus will be on translating our research findings into practical outcomes. Specifically, I will endeavor to develop a tangible resource that DEI leads can utilize to inform and guide their DEI language choices, enabling them to operate at their desired level of risk and maximize their impact.

◗ Analyzed and graded the assignments and exams of 80 students in the graduate-level management course, Dealmaking in High Velocity Ventures.◗ Developed negotiation skills while assisting the facilitation of class negotiations where I performed mock acquisitions of high-profile corporations with graduate students.◗ Operated under demanding turnaround times while maintaining availability for inquiry.

◗ Advocating for 2,500 students within the Foster School of Business through the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in course curriculum, faculty instruction, and student support services to help Foster become more diverse and inclusive.◗ Working closely with the Dean and Associate Dean of the Foster School of Business to communicate diversity, equity, and inclusion issues to develop new frameworks within the school.◗ Communicated the subcommittees missions and goals to Foster Faculty at the Foster School of Business Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community of Practice (DEI CoP)

◗ Spearheaded a team of 10 researchers in conducting rigorous investigations into contemporary human rights violations that disproportionately affect individuals from Latin America and the Caribbean. Delved into critical issues surrounding immigration, medical anthropology, xenophobia, nationalism, population health, and documentation to offer innovative and nuanced perspectives on the population's challenges.◗ Facilitated in-depth interviews with community leaders, immigrants, and preeminent scholars in the field.
