Development ManagerIp Australia 2004 - 2005Phillip, Australian Capital Territory, AuDuring this engagement with IP Australia David served as development manager for the progress of trials with Business-to-Business (B2B) functionality to a production ready B2B infrastructure. David was tasked with adapting existing system developments, designing additional low level technical architectures (per international interoperability standards), and managing the software development team to implement this enterprise solution. The solution was delivered as specified on schedule and budget in August 2005. -
E-Commerce Platform ArchitectXml Global 2002 - 2003David’s role at XML Global was as product architect for the company’s ebXML Messaging middleware product. ebXML is an open XML-based infrastructure specification designed to support business-to-business commerce over the Internet. The goal of David's team was to design and develop an ebXML middleware product to take to market - after first driving this e-commerce product through rigorous industry certification testing. These goals were met within a nine month development timeframe, with the product (GoXML Messaging) subsequently acquired by Adobe Systems.
