It Manager
CurrentAs the site IT Manager my role manages the team that provides technology support for all desktops, laptops, servers, storage, network switches/firewalls, MPLS, desk phones, mobile phones, E-Mail, applications, lab hardware/software, manufacturing hardware/software, backups, data center, cabling, operating systems, databases, Virtual Desktop/Server and cloud SaaS. Manage a team of 3 – 4 technicians providing laptop/desktop hardware repair and upgrades, repair/install of Office 365 E-Mail and Microsoft Office Suite, VMWare updates and configuratoin, CISCO UCS, NetApp for CIFS and NFS storage, troubleshoot MPLS issues with network team and vendors, MobileIron install/troubleshooting, Apple iPhones setup, Email and Database troubleshooting. Manage and mentor the team and provide career development through training and roles, responsibilities and objectives.Working with a cross functional technology team I have successfully lead many projects creating a more efficient process through automation using the Microsoft Power Platform. Projects include mobile and computer phone requests, safety notification application, incident application, manufacturing tote tracking and application toolbox.
