Seeds and Sprouts Kids is a fun community centered, bi-annual children's consignment event in WNC dedicated to helping close the resource gap in our region's foster care crisis.

I took on the challenge of family obligations for my wife and three daughters (cook, chauffeur, teacher, doctor, psychologist, cheerleader, clean-up crew, household management, scheduling, budgets, conflict resolution) while simultaneously managing a variety of projects.

Led the technical development and engineering design, reporting directly to COO, for a start-up renewable energy development firm, a subsidiary of Ambling University Development Group, LLC. Bridge between technical concepts and successful implementation, maintaining balance between theoretical design and practical application.--Streamlined company's design workflow by implementing technical drafting details, outsourcing design review, and sourcing standard equipment through a smaller supply chain. RESULT--Slashed design time and increased project turnover from 2 concurrent projects to 6 projects which increased cash flow potential significantly.--Led company development of proprietary web-based monitoring system for entire project portfolio.
