Define and develop agency-wide strategy for data science/analytics solutions that can have significant positive impacts on NASA mission support and the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Lead data science architecture strategy development for OCHCO, and drive implementation through applied analytics, in partnership with OCHCO Human Capital Information Technology and the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Define processes and identify the technology requirements for creating, capturing, organizing, accessing, analyzing and using human capital information in innovative new ways for advanced analytics. Conduct advanced statistical analyses, and provide support to automation of analyses, in support of the OCHCO mission and vision. Continually re-evaluate and provide coaching addressing the data science needs of users and their business processes within the OCHCO Analytics Community.

Design and advice on the development of technological solutions for the Knowledge management office.Develop roadmap to address the use and implementation of technology within the Knowledge Management Office at NASA.Develop a visualization framework to address the analysis and presentation of heterogeneous data sources across the Knowledge Management community.Analyze technological needs by collaborating with Center CKOs and assist in developing customer and knowledge driven solutions.

Serve as the lead for the JSC Operational Excellence(OE) Program with responsibility for process ownership for policy, implementation, and continual improvement methodologies and measures. Develop and implement various OE tools and techniques to facilitate process improvement and promote business acumen for any Center wide organization or process. Introduce operational management methodologies to promote business acumen and situational awareness.
