As a Data Works co-founder, I worked to build the company from the ground up, starting with supporting onsite customer projects. On project, my goal was to lead by example, designing, developing and maintaining large-scale Big Data/Analytical solutions. From there, my next step was moving into a corporate role, leading our recruitment, operations and finance support efforts. During this time, Data Works grew into a 50+ person company.In August 2019, Data Works was acquired by E3/Sentinel and I worked to ensure a successful transition. Data Works helped me build a wide and comprehensive set of skills including leadership/decision making, corporate structure, HR, accounting/finance while continuing to enrich a deep technical skill-set.
