After graduating from Wheaton Academy, I served four years in the U.S. Navy. Upon return to Illinois from military service, I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and my law degree from Loyola University Chicago. If disputes arise (for example, disputes between the executor and the beneficiaries of the estate) I can be your advocate to make sure that your rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law and bring the dispute to an end. - Real EstateI have extensive experience in real estate litigation and real estate transactions, including residential and commercial sales, leases, breach of contract claims, title insurance coverage matters, fraud claims, and landlord tenant disputes, including evictions. Because I am a litigation attorney and not just a transactional attorney, I can foresee many potential problems before they arise and help you avoid litigation. This is an immeasurable benefit to my real estate clients. - Civil Litigation & Business LawI have extensive experience advising individuals and businesses on contracts, business formation and dispute resolution strategies, including the prosecution and defense of civil and business litigation matters. My goal is to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently, preferably before litigation is filed in the courts. If litigation is required, however, I will prosecute or defend on behalf of my client to the fullest.
