Biala Peninsula is a not for profit organisation that provides supports under the NDIS to children. Responsible for oversight of all executive functions for the organisation, including the multidisciplinary team of 52 employees with an annual turnover of approx. $3.5M

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Executive Management Team with responsibility for providing strategic, operational and financial leadership to the division. Responsible for an annual $8.5M budget leading a multidisciplinary team of 77 team members across the following program areas:Early Childhood Intervention: Provides a wide range of health services to children (birth to seven years) who have a developmental delay or disability. Service is predominantly delivered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).The Cheshire School: Registered specialist primary school for students with significant social, emotional and behavioural challenges.Bestchance Training: Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and registered to deliver nationally accredited training.Family Support Services: Provides support to vulnerable families through supported playgroups, in-home volunteer program, referral, advocacy and material/financial aid.Volunteers: Provides opportunities for members of the community (circa 150) to participate in the work of a variety of bestchance programs.Grants & Tenders: Provides support to bestchance programs in the identification, application and acquittal of grants and tenders.In addition, I have also held executive responsibility for the following portfolios:Donations & Fundraising (2014 – 2018)Marketing (2014 – 2016)

Management of the Education & Training Division which operated across 6 sites located across Victoria. Program areas of responsibility included:Vocational Education and Training Programs.Youth Programs (Community VCAL, CGEA & VETis programs).AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program).LLNP (Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program).Learn Local (Adult Community and Further Education) funded Programs.Traineeships.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver laser technology training programs to industry in collaboration with scientific and research staff.- Develop and deliver internal and external communication strategies. Procure training providers to support career development of research staff and PHD students.- Source local, national and European Union funding opportunities for course development and provision of outreach services to Industry.- Manage in-house career development of scientific, research and technology staff and develop performance management systems.- Develop marketing strategies for delivery of specialist technical education and training programs.- Webmaster and content driver for research and outreach websites associated with the NCLA
