Currently, working as the friendly face in the New Castle Public Office for Vital Records. I'm here to answer your questions about retrieving and amending your birth records or how to access death records. During COVID was part of the scheduling team at Vital Records as the Department of Health reopens public offices to provide the citizens of Pennsylvania a way to obtain their Vital Record certificates in person as we all learn to live and work in the time of COVID19. For 16 years, I worked for a company that specialized in cost-effective, custom-designed fitness center management solutions for corporations, residential communities, universities and hospitals. We’ve been particularly successful with corporations that are concerned about the costs associated with an inactive workforce, unhappy with increased employee medical claims, or disappointed in the lack of creativity in wellness programs. We’ve been able to implement wellness programs that “Move Everybody” improving worker health and productivity, decreasing worker sick days, and increasing workforce morale.As the on-site “Fitness Expert” I was asked to join the company’s “Workplace Wellness” committee and help devise a Corporate Wellness program that would reduce medical claims, distribute health information to workers and their families and increase participation in various health incentive programs. Participation in wellness programs grew from 85 participants at one site in 2008, to 418 participants across all North American sites in 2013. I served on the Social Media Committee to help increase our on-line presence. My specific duty was to increase our followers on LinkedIn as well as post industry specific updates to increase engagement and reach. Our followers increased from 1150 in November 2013 to 4452 in 2016. My career as a Certified Personal Trainer started in 1995 when the manager of the gym I trained at saw that people sought out my advice. He convinced me to study for the ACE CPT exam and I passed. Helping people reach their body transformation goals and lead healthier lives has been my passion for the past twenty years. I am now certified through the NSCA and run my own personal training business, Dave Herber LLC dba Exercise2u. .
