• Shaved 4 months off of a projected 6-month delay by encouraging leadership to pursue an accelerated upgrade to Kronos over a rollback with custom development to fix a bug. With this ambitious approach we stayed.
• Create custom web-based forms to perform functions within Kronos that had previously been available only to administrative users.
• Create interfaces using stored procedures and functions in Oracle in conjunction with the Kronos XML API. These interfaces ensured that the appropriate information was available so that real-time staffing decisions.
• Build an interface to sync licensure information in Oracle HR with Kronos Timekeeper. This ensured that appropriate licenses were maintained for scheduled staff to meet legal requirements and industry standards.

• Rapid Intake provided e-learning software tools and a custom learning management software solution as well as a regular conference to allow instructional technology professionals to share best practices and learn to.
• Identified a growing problem with managing software keys. I created a database to store keys and connected it to our shopping cart to automatically assign and send keys to customers when they purchased online. I also.
