Designer and project lead for Pecker's latest generation of Scaffolding Hammers.Responsibilities:o Design and development of new tools and accessories for the scaffolding industry.o Production of 3D Printed designs for evaluation and iterative refinement.o Liaising with manufactures from a variety of fields (including sand casting, investment casting, and injection moulding) throughout the pre-production and production stages.o Creation of technical documentation and graphic resources for internal and external use.Achievements:o Successful coordination and deployment of pre-production soft launches, providing products to 100’s of testers. o Refinement of previously engineered products. Notable improvements made to weight, balance, ergonomics, functionality, and aesthetics.o Completion of new range of Australian Design Registered products, currently in production.

Responsibilities:o Creation of concept artwork for national and international clients.o Development of custom awards for nationally recognised institutions.o Generation of nesting plans, toolpaths and technical drawings for production.Achievements:o Creation of manufacturing plans for the 2017 ‘Coates Hire Newcastle 500’.o Design of the current Hyundai A-League ‘Golden Boot’ and ‘Goalkeeper of the Year’ awards.o Submission of concept artwork for Invictus Games 2018 awards – ‘Land Rover Above and Beyond’ and ‘Jaguar Exceptional Performance’
