Dell.com is one of the top 5 ecommerce sites in the world and I contributed to the user experience on almost every major section. I worked on teams that redesigned the global navigation, set strategy for mobile apps, designed the product path for business products, designed the navigational taxonomy for large enterprise services and solutions, restructured the support site, designed the B2B procurement site, and designed an interface that customers can use to configure whole racks of data center equipment. Projects that I worked on have been deployed to over 80 countries and net billions in revenue.

Disrupted the residential door market with modern designs and marketing strategies including a mobile app and automated website-to-workshop technology.
