  • Northern Illinois University
Adjunct Instructor, Principles Of Selling (Asynch)
Northern Illinois University Jan 2024 - Jun 2024
    Dekalb, Il, Us
I'm back in the classroom as an adjunct instructor for MKTG 350 Principles of Selling - asynchronously. This course still has an emphasis on personal and professional sales development, interpersonal skills, verbal and written presentations via role plays, sales/buying processes, and customer satisfaction. Topics include developing trust and rapport, consultative approach, prospecting, networking, value statements, pre-call planning and SO MUCH MORE!What does asynchronous mean? This means our sales students will handle their own learning schedule at their own pace over the course of 8 weeks. The students enrolled will have limited real-time interaction with me (instructor); as most of the material is recorded for their review, action items and learning activities are delivered & graded weekly. It's a lot of action in a short amount of time - these students are going to learn a lot about themselves during the course!!!!! That's one way Huskies stay ahead of the pack. ^^,
