I am a serial Entrepreneur with a background in product innovation and international trade. I have a passion for creating, developing, and operating successful companies. Since 2000 I have headed Lexington International LLC (main brand HairMax), which is regarded as the category creator of home-use low-level laser therapy (LLLT) for hair loss and thinning hair in men & women. My company’s flagship product is the HairMax LaserBand.My education and background have been geared to Export Management and International Business. Prior to Lexington, I owned 2 other active companies in Australia, the first in the telecoms and the other in Computer Based Training. Both companies were acquired in Australia.As Managing Director, I oversee all operations and business execution of the Company strategy. Specifically, I am responsible for Product Development, Marketing, Clinical Studies, Regulatory Affairs, IP, Finance and IT.My current driving goal: to be the worldwide leader in Hair Growth and to provide safe and effective products to treat hair loss. Based on my personal success with low-level laser treatment starting in 1999, I innovated a full line of safe and effective home-use medical lasers. To date, we have conducted 7 clinical studies and HairMax has achieved 8 FDA OTC Clearances to “Treat Hair Loss and Promote Hair Growth in Men and Women” and 14 international medical device licenses. I have recruited and work with an international medical advisory board to advance hair care through ethical and sound scientific research and discovery.I have additionally founded 4 varied companies:Michaels Adriatic Adventures, I own vacation apartments in Dubrovnik Croatia. Azura Aviation & Investments, where I operate a Hawker 800XP geared for chartering. CeraZ Technologies where I innovated a sleep and sexual wellness device. We have conducted our first clinical study evaluating the effectiveness on sleep and it was very positive.
