I oversee the information technology and digital media efforts for the Catholic Diocese of Amarillo. In terms of technology, I work to improve IT effectiveness and efficiencies through documentation of processes, troubleshooting, automation, building scalable solutions, and provide training for staff. As overseer of the digital media efforts, I am responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing website content and optimization, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, monitoring data analytics, creating and curating shareable content (i.e. podcasts, video), and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement.

I offer support in the areas of marketing and operations, including process documentation/development, training materials, customer support, and marketing and content creation.

Assisting the Office of Residential Living with special projects related to the StarRez housing management system, including maintenance and updates, as well as training for staff.

I oversaw all digital marketing, web design, public relations, copy-writing, and publishing for the department.

I oversaw the housing department marketing program, communications, public relations, print materials, website, social media content and campaigns, and project management of content development (video and graphic). I also oversaw all things relating to the administration of the department, including supervision of the office operations and housing assignment process, contracts, paperwork, etc. I was responsible for the administration of university housing and meal plan requirements, coordination of VIP rooms, and all things related to technology (i.e. StarRez).

I oversaw the residence life program and staffing, including the supervision of​ three full-time Area Coordinators and eight senior-level/graduate hall directors. I oversaw the development of a residential curriculum model, administration of university housing and meal plan requirements, departmental reporting, coordination of VIP rooms, and assisted in the overall operation of the department. I developed the department's first social media platform and formal marketing program. I also served as a University judicial officer.

I coordinated all aspects of housing including assignments, room changes, and leases/contracts, supervised office operations; recruited, selected, trained, supervised, and evaluated twelve Resident Assistant student live-in staff; oversaw the day-to-day operation of a sixteen-building on-campus apartment community housing 960 students; supported and assisted Resident Assistant staff in the planning and implementation of programming efforts that led us to 13 “Program of the Month” awards out of 32 properties in the Campus Living Villages system in 2011; served on the paraprofessional staff recruitment, selection, and training committees and created a collaborative student staff recruitment and selection process with the University of Texas at Arlington; assisted with the residential marketing program, including the coordination of preparation and distribution of literature and public relations materials for Residence Life; assisted in the formation of office and community policies, procedures, and forms; established and maintained a strong, collaborative partnership with Apartment and Residence Life at UTA; oversaw all residential conduct matters; and co-instructed a UTA leadership development course targeted at RA leaders.

I oversaw the day-to-day operation of two traditional residential communities (2009-10), and four apartment communities and one traditional residence hall (2008-09); trained, supervised, and evaluated thirteen Residential Leader (RL) student live-in staff and eighteen Office Assistants (OA); oversaw the Living-Learning/Residential College and Presidential Honors programs in the residence halls and their corresponding events; assisted in the development of departmental learning outcomes and outcomes-based program assessments; advised a hall leadership team/hall council; and facilitated a preparatory course in leadership development for incoming Residential Leader (RL) staff.

I trained, supervised, and evaluated 12 Academic Mentor (AM) live-in staff in a Living-Learning Community; assisted in the recruitment and selection of paraprofessional staff; provided on-site coordination of all AM and academic programs, including move-in events, academic incentive programs, faculty programming, tutoring programs, academic intervention, and community development; instructed 100-level college transition course for first year students; provided management and marketing of the STAR (Students Taking Academic Responsibility) Center; and served on the RA staff training committee and assisted in training facilitation.
