My background in design and art direction enables me to bring a less traditional perspective to the management table. I worked with global advertising agencies in New York, retaining American Express, IBM, General Motors, Jaguar, Sheraton Hotels, National Westminster Bank, Sprint, British Airways as clients for over 25 years. I'm experienced in most areas of business from banking and insurance to hospitality and automotive. I am a dual national, UK/US and have 10-year business visa for China. Smaller teams and SME however can be extremely rewarding as transformation is more dramatic and currently that has been my focus. I collaborate well with teams and enjoy creating them if needed; I am not shy of making decisions while constantly assessing the big picture. Specific areas of experience range from managing both creative and operational aspects of agencies and business. I am current based in the UK although much of my work is in the US still.Co-founded the BIG group at Ogilvy NYC (now part of WPP Superunion in 2018) Co-founded the Brand Optimization Systems group at D’Arcy NYC, which became Publicis North America.
