I started at SMARTGroup developing custom Wordpress themes for clients, gaining experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery and PHP. In January 2016, I began working on Quality Assurance testing and the Service Desk for Commensure (formerly Ignite Internal Controls. Atlassian's Jira software was used to manage both the development and Service Desk sides. Part of my job included managing both of these projects, and working with the developers to ensure issues were fixed. Eventually these responsibilities expanded to deploying each new version and managing the server environments.Starting in 2017, I worked on several development projects in C#, included .NET MVC5, .NET Core, and Unity AR apps for the Microsoft Hololens.In 2019, I spent three months as software support for a client's accounting team as they made the transition from Quickbooks Enterprise to Microsoft's Business Central.

For my senior year at Sam Houston I was approached by one of my professors to assist with a research project alongside another professor and a grad student. Our research entailed analyzing the implementation of HTML5 LocalStorage across the top five internet browsers.The assigned tasks included finding where in the computers file system the LocalStorage information was saved, determining what kind of data was stored in those files, and determining how the implementation was different or similar across browsers and operating systems. Findings were included in an Academic Research Paper.

Managed IT Request tickets from various employees of Sam Houston State University. Made phone calls and set up appointments to troubleshoot, fix and upgrade office and classroom desktops. Assisted Technician II's with upgrading computer labs containing 30+ devices. Troubleshot and re-imaged Laptops that were brought to the office by the Help Desk.

Red Cross certified lifeguard. Enforced rules set down by the Red Cross, Advantage Pool Management and the neighborhood pool director. Performed first aid when necessary and dealt with patron questions and complaints. Opened and Closed the pool.
