On a mission to boost learning impact around the world – helping L&D, HR and corporate leaders to transform their business with the power of skills-based learning technology.I'm a passionate social entrepreneur with 10 years of nonprofit and product leadership experience. Before, I studied Information Systems, Data Science, Philosophy, and Entrepreneurship at Harvard University, MIT, WWU Münster, and QUT Brisbane.Currently, I'm building edyoucated: a learning technology company providing personalized, skill-based workforce development solutions to SMBs and enterprises. We have successfully redefined how people learn new skills today at companies like BASF and Deutsche Bahn – powered by AI-based skill assessments and adaptive learning technology.Driven by my vision to achieve a world without digital illiterates, I co-founded TechLabs in 2017, and currently serving as their Vice-Chairman/CHRO in my free time. Today, it's the leading European nonprofit organization for teaching digital skills to individuals for free – with >300 volunteers and >3000 students across the world each year. Working on the future of learning is where my expertise in "machine" learning perfectly blends with my passion for "human" learning.
