Oversee the day to day helpdesk support for a medium sized office of 50 desktops users. Responsible for inventory management, vendor relations, and purchasing for the department. Tasked with construction of high-end desktops, each custom built to the disciplines specifications. Maintain, update, and regularly service our 5 servers, two of which I built personally. Successfully transitioned our network from an unreliable Netgear router to an enterprise class Juniper router/gateway. Created an off-site redundant daily backup solution that provided multiple layers of protection from hardware failure and natural disaster for both desktops and servers.Developed an inner-office chat solution authenticated off our Active Directory that greatly reduced unnecessary email clutter.

Responsible for all IT workings within our four walls and to remote client restaurants. Provide phone support when possible and on-site work when needed to our clients. Capable of handling any and all problems that can negatively affect any of our users or clients. Everything from phones to network issues to printers. Migrated our in-house servers from Server 2003 to Server 2012 with zero downtime or user impact.Spearheaded the project to make our office as paperless as possible by finding agreeable paperless alternatives across multiple departments.Implemented an email based ticketing software to increase efficiency using available equipment and open-source software resulting in zero net cost and much faster turnaround time.Built and directed a company-wide Wiki site that allowed for quick access to company information and dramatically sped up the training process of new hires. Managed a coffee shop. Responsible for all front of house service issues and back of house accounting and administration.

I provided telephone-based support for Samsung Electronics. Specifically, hard disc drives, monitors, optical disc drives, and phones.
