I've enjoyed a broad range of consulting tasks during the introduction of the Saba-inspired Learning Management System, Telstra: My Future. As soon as that finished, I worked on the Australian Consumer Law project, and then on training development for the new Discovery Store in Sydney. Just finished and ready for my next assignment

Responsibilities•training needs analysis with various internal clients to devise new training strategy and provision of advice on how best to deliver the strategy.•scoping and project management for the development of training programs for ANZ’s lending centres world-wide.•use of subject matter expertise to design and develop training (including instructional design).•accreditation of an international team of trainers.•facilitation of the training to 19 countries and six Australian capitals.•project management of the roll-out of the training development program internationally.•integration of computer-based training into the core training curriculum.Achievements•identified key ANZ business strategies; advised on effective methods of developing staff, packaged the strategy into a comprehensive training and development program and implemented it across the network of 43 countries. This empowered staff to operate more accurately and with greater speed. •directly trained staff in 19 countries and six Australian states and territories. This resulted in employee buy-in to the new processes and the successful implementation of the training program. •developed a keen understanding of the cultures of Asia. This enabled me to speak confidently to many different audiences and achieve behavioural changes amongst the many staff trained internationally. •designed, developed and delivered training for various Vietnamese Banks. My work has been translated into Vietnamese and is used as an ongoing reference. This elevated ANZ’s status as an international bank and fostered a strong relationship between ANZ and the State Bank of Vietnam (the Vietnamese equivalent of the Reserve Bank of Australia).•awarded the ANZ Group Recognition Scheme Award (HR Division) for the successful design, delivery and project management of the new development program.
