Lead the planning and execution of the Margin Enhancement programs, this entails:- Design, execute and follow up pricing improvement plans across the organization to expand margin and achieve budget- Design and maintain pricing reports to assure visibility of pricing activities- Monitor and analyze business results to ensure the continuous improvement of sub-region’s margin through an adequate pricing strategy- Supervise all pricing processes and business rules and maintain operating procedures and documents up to date- Manage pricing tools and act as interface between tool development teams and the business- Support pricing training activities within the organization- Engage with local sales teams to sustain focus on pricing actions

Achieve excellent service level by creating the plan ensuring the right assets and products are available on time in successful alignment with Sales strategy, Logistics and Production Management and Operations, being mostly responsible for:- Lead Assets Optimization Projects applying the Lean Six Sigma- Planning of resources for new Business and demand increase.- Monthly sales and demand forecast review.- Evaluating new assets purchase according to new opportunities and pool scrapping aligned with the business designated budget and asset optimization.- Obsolete, dead stock and slow movers investigation.- Analysing SAP settings and creating demand plan for production plants (Spain and Portugal) on a daily basis based on current demand, production capacity and season.- Leading legal maintenance activity for assets (gas cylinders, drums, bundles and pallets) at 4 different sites for 15 production plants.- Materials Management and Master Data.
