My time with Shoalhaven City Council saw me working on a wide range of website and digital service delivery and management projects. I delivered a range of solutions including responsive frameworks, system integrations, user research and usability studies, information architecture, site redesigns, new site builds, user testing, and accessible environments.

In my role with Carnival Australia I worked across six major cruise brand clients to deliver digital design projects including web banners, email marketing materials and other web assets. I regularly liaised with internal clients and external suppliers to negotiate successful outcomes on digital projects.

Heading a freelance design and project management consultancy I worked across projects to guide clients to the design outcome they are looking for, whether it is a simple business card, or the complete turn key solution to a new online venture.

Working with a small team I was responsible for all marketing and sales work as well as offering design consultations for new projects. Day to day responsibilities included website management, graphic content generation and front-end sales support. Also, I consulted on, and managed, a number of major system upgrades, internal system reviews, and a brand.

After only 2 months with the company I travelled to a manufacturing supplier in Vietnam to fast track new season designs and oversee the manufacturing process of a range of backpacks.
