I have over 17 years’ experience predominantly in the healthcare, conservation and residential sectors. My career has varied from large scale urban design schemes in the Eastern Cape, South Africa to high-end residential and healthcare projects in London’s West End conservation areas.I am an experienced Revit user and am passionate about streamlining efficiencies. I have taken a great interest in staff development, training and wellbeing to ensure a fantastic team of talented individuals who work together as one.I have overseen company standards, templates and QA protocols to ensure all information leaving the practice is of a high standard and consistent in its presentation and design language. My ability to time manage and deliver to deadlines coupled with my proactive administrative and organisational ability makes me a valuable asset.I am a confident and articulate communicator, hands-on and approachable. I enjoy liaising with clients and end-users to determine their precise requirements while considering the historical merits of a listed building or a fully functioning hospital during construction works.I am hard-working, self-motivated and a fast learner, and I have built up an acute awareness of the requirements of healthcare design. I am confident I could do the same for other sectors.I am keen to continue to develop my skills as a well-rounded, practical Architect and team leader.
