I started my career path working as an English Language teacher. I fell in love with teaching and sharing knowledge, and eventually I began working as a History and English literature teacher. I taught a variety of ages, from young children to teenagers and even much older adults! While teaching literature, my childhood passion for writing was reignited and I began working as a freelance writer. I quickly found out that writing articles is not so different from teaching! Both fields focus on delivering knowledge in an engaging and enjoyable manner. Eventually I branched out and took over the University of Malta's research magazine, THINK. Besides honing my writing and editing skills, I began managing a team of freelance writers and in-house designers. Working at the magazine has allowed me to develop my craft further, while giving me new skills such as management, marketing and SEO optimisation.
