• In this position I was responsible for all aspects of Computer setup, repair, and disposal for Clients.
• Evaluated broken equipment to determine repairs needed, if not repairable would wipe hard drive and send to recycling.
• Set up and test new computer equipment then load the Client’s standard software configuration.
• Determine pass or fail status of Repair Depot equipment using diagnostic software from the manufacturer, if repairable would do so, if too old or did not meet the client’s current hardware standards would recycle.
• Track all incoming and outgoing orders using an Excel spreadsheet and SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP.

• I was responsible for the set up and testing of computer equipment and components with software programs.
• Troubleshot, tested and erased computer hardware.
• Performed advanced troubleshooting on units missing hardware (RAM, Hard drives, etc.), determined if they were easily repairable if so, prepared for resale, if not recycled.
• Ran software to wipe hard drives, if there were any error messages, would analyze the problem to determine pass or fail status of the computer, if passed would prepare for resale, if failed would be recycled.
• Disassembled, removed, and replaced computer components, including computer memory, hard drives, or AC adapters.
• Experienced with server hardware, hard drive arrays, RAID controllers, and similar technologies.
