David M. Johnson, CFA is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of success in the distressed world. He has overseen the orderly liquidation or the successful refinancing of over 200 companies.Prior to co-founding Resolution, Mr. Johnson spent 17 years with a middle-market advisory firm specializing in insolvency work.Mr. Johnson spent four years with international turnaround management firm Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. in Los Angeles and New York, providing interim management, forensic accounting and valuation services for multiple clients, including a national health care organization.Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
