About David Karras-Clhms, Ahwd, Gri, Cne, Rene,Mrp,Chms

Dedicated REALTOR who places his clients needs ahead of his own. Being an Army Veteran who has relocated over a dozen times, I know first hand the stresses of relocating, not to mention the house buying and selling process. I flex my experience to ensure my clients have as smooth a transition as possible. I focus on taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. I am not a "close it and quit it" REALTOR. I stay in contact with my clients well after the sale to answer any questions they may have and to help them anywhere in the world find their next property. I provide a Community Heroes program designed to provide a portion of my commission and apply it towards closing costs for military (active, reserve, guard, retiree, or veteran), first responders, and teachers. Additionally, I have a program in place that allows me to contribute part of my commission towards non-profit programs. If you are looking for a REALTOR who is mission focused, customer orientated, and will be there for you at all times, message me. Not in the San Antonio market and still need a REALTOR? No problem, I can help you find a REALTOR that will take care of you, just ask.
