"Joint Qualified Officer" and author/co-author of several Joint documents governing the Global Strike mission area. My final assignment was as the Director of Plans & Strategy at 18th Air Force (Air Mobility Command) where my team developed all the global air logistics supporting plans to support the Department of Defense and all Unified Combatant Commanders' global mission requirements.
