• Practice involves the representation of Fidelity National Title Group, one of the largest and most prominent providers of title insurance in the world, in suits against the Company, as well as the representation of insureds.• First chair on over 30 cases at any given time with liabilities that exceed over 5 million dollars.• Responsible for conducting trials, motion practice, depositions, as well as developing strategy in order to resolve suits without the need for further litigation.• Negotiated with multiple parties in order to achieve the resolution of suits without litigation when warranted by business decisions of the Company. • Responsible for weekly and monthly reports which provide an assessment for current case status and work closely with several other departments located throughout the Company.

• Practice involves representation of clients in both civil and criminal defense, with cases including but not limited to credit card defense, breach of contract, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, violations of municipal ordinances and probation violations.• Participate in arbitrations, mediations and motion practice in various civil matters. • Hired by Daniel J. Stermer, court appointed Receiver for Hess Kennedy, to aid in the recovery of receivership estate.
