Current• Negotiate, review, and prepare necessary legal documents such as purchase agreements, leasing agreements, closing statements, deeds, and service contracts.• Ensure timely and professional service in the purchase agreement have been satisfied.• Establish and collaborate with a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, appraisers, home inspectors, escrow companies and legal attorneys.• Manage all contract invoicing, payments, discrepancies, correspondence, and expediting additional services as needed.• Maintain state and company mandated record keeping files.• Research and compile lists of real estate properties based on clients’ needs/wants with details regarding their location, square footage, and features.• Promote the sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements.• Inspect the condition of premises, contract with and schedule licensed contractors, and coordinate all repair schedules.• Maintain a good relationship with lenders.
