As a field technician, assist in supervision of technical device placement for taking in critical data for operations. Perform timely repairs, diagnostics and provide subject matter expert advice for supervisors and consultants. My official job title was a Basic Electrical Equipment Repair Technician. I've handled everything from diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical problems to doing complete engine and generator overhauls. I was Meritoriously promoted to E-4 (Corporal) and E-5 (Sergeant) due to leadership, organizational skills and team management. I've been assigned as a Shop Chief, Quality Control Supervisor, Hazardous Material Representative, and Platoon Sergeant. I've been personally responsible for the supervision and maintenance of over 30 Marines at any given time. I'm able to move into new locations and environments easily because I take pride in being a team player as well as a motivator for any mission that comes my way.
