I recruited and led a Portfolio Management Office responsible for roadmap planning, project mobilization, dependency and change management, financial management and governance. I provided executive management early warning and forecasting, identifying risks, and making recommendations for project shaping, business cases and optimal project sequencing. I also overhauled the change strategy and streamlined governance to reduce business-as-usual disruption, improve resource management, lift delivery transparency and accelerate benefit realization. Collaborating with program leads, I coordinated the safe implementation of major target operating model changes and corporate technology platforms (eg Oracle, SAP) to realize significant operational cost savings ($200m+). -

I was recruited to lead a Program Management Office to drive planning and delivery, commercial vendor management, integrated agile methodology, financial management, change management and governance reporting. A key focus area was raising the visibility of strategic initiatives and target state to identify resourcing and sequencing decisions, improve cross-program collaboration and elevate accountability. The new core insurance platform now manages 65,000 claims and 320,000 policies each year and unlocked operational savings of $469M, claims-related efficiencies of $214M, and actuarial valuation changes of $313M. -
