I also lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote team collaboration, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional results. Some Key Accomplishments Includes: • Spearheading the growth of the team from 1 to 50+ members while managing an annual operating cost of $25 million+ and securing additional $15-$20 million in capital investments annually.• Leading the design, development, and global deployment of a custom Consumer Data Platform (CDP) for 6 regions, 25+ Brands, and 250 million+ consumer profiles.• Building a cross-regional IT PMO and initiated an Enterprise Marketing transformation program.

In this role, I led a blended team of in-house and contractor program and project managers to execute, support, and deliver the Operations Portfolio with a capital budget exceeding $25 million. I also advised on structural and governance measures for cross-departmental efforts, including new product launches and contingent workforce management initiatives, throughout the enterprise. Some Key Accomplishments Includes: • Overseeing the Operations Transformation Program for Altice USA's merger and acquisition of Cablevision and Suddenlink, meticulously designing and managing the process from start to finish.• Streamlining Change Management practices across all functions, resulting in the breakdown of traditional functional barriers and bolstering business process management.• Spearheading the creation of a program structure for enterprise initiatives including new product launches, contingent labor management, and virtual PMO integration across IT, Product, and Operations PMO• Developing, enhancing, and optimizing the Operations PMO Governance and Structure for a team of over 12 members.

I led the North American PMO for DDB Group, progressing to Senior IT Manager and to Omnicom Group CIO/Controller IT advisor. I oversaw and administered CIO and CSO Councils, transforming a decentralized organization into a federated service model and minimizing the global information security risk profile. I also acted as interim CIO during transition period and reported to Global Controller. Some Key Accomplishments Includes: • Managing 10 global projects for Omnicom Group Technology Initiatives, led by division CIOs and CSOs, impacting 70,000+ employees.• Being recognized as the Single Point of Contact for enterprise application evaluations with key vendors, including SAP.• Advising the DDB Group CIO on global IT operating model and simultaneously managing North American IT Consolidation for the DDB Group.• Developing and managing a staff of Project Managers responsible for delivering cross functional project support to key stakeholders.
